Strip Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line

The strip drip irrigation pipe production line is used to produce inlaid strip drip irrigation components. When the irrigation process is carried out, people often control the surface temperature and humidity using a water flow to ensure even crop growth.

If you are looking for a water, energy, and labor saving artificial irrigation method, inlaid strip drip irrigation is a popular choice. Inlay continuous sticky drip irrigation is mainly used for farmland crop cultivation, but it can also be used for greenhouse cultivation.

This production line is a new generation of drip irrigation products developed by our joint international research team. Compared to inline emitter drip irrigation equipment, this line can produce the strip and the base tube in a single line process. The tape weight is reduced by 2g-3g per meter. There is no need to invest in injection molding machines or dripper molds, significantly reducing the cost of equipment investment and labor.

The machine is used for extrusion inner strip drip irrigation pipes. The PE material is fed from the vacuum feeding machine and dried into the barrel by the drying hopper. The material is conveyed, compressed, plasticized and measured by the screw. The machine barrel screw material is 38CrMoAlA, by quenched and tempered, nitriding treatment. High precision, anti-fatigue. Gear box gear material for the 20CrMnTiA, carburizing treatment.
